Refund policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date.

If more than 30 days have sailed by since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or refund. However, our crew will always do its best to help, and our 90-Day Warranty below may cover products with qualifying defects.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Before sending anything back, contact us at yamon@willemdavid.com. Once we approve your return, we'll provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from an error by Willem David Products.

For health, hygiene, or safety reasons, certain opened or used products may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

We'll issue approved refunds to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

90-Day Warranty

All Willem David products are backed by a 90-Day Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

If your product arrives damaged or develops a qualifying defect within 90 days of delivery, email yamon@willemdavid.com with your order number and a photo or short video showing the problem.

Once approved, we'll provide a replacement at no charge. In most cases, you will not need to return the defective product, although we reserve the right to request its return when necessary.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic damage, loss, improper care, misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.

If you received the wrong product, please contact us promptly so we can correct the order at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Want something different? Return your unused original item for a refund, then place a new order for the product you want.

If your product is defective, please follow the instructions in the 90-Day Warranty section above.

European Union Customers

Customers in the European Union generally have the right to cancel an eligible order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us within the 14-day cancellation period. Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with their original packaging and included accessories.

Certain sealed products may not be eligible for cancellation after being opened when an exception applies for health, hygiene, or safety reasons.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights provided by applicable law.
